  can be used for refining with our machines.so our machine is a multi-functional plant.

Treatment of the three wastes in the course of production:

1. Exhaust gas

  By means of the two safety devices :water seal and gas nozzle , to eliminate pollution , which can saves a lot of fuel; for Soot emissions ,use water spraying desulfurization filter, which can remove the sulfur and meet the GB13271-2001 boiler air pollutants emission standard.

   2. Waste liquid

     Faintly acidic waste water shall be produced in the course of treatment of oil products (about 50 kg/ton oil, small volume and tractable); after neutralization by adding faintly alkaline liquid, the neutral waste water shall be harmless with three-grade filtration and be discharged into special evaporation processor to vapor (heat source is the flue residual heat of main processor).

   3. Waste solid

   The residue left after pyrolysis of waste tires is carbon black; there is no waste solid left.

After service for the tire pyrolysis Plant:

l 1. Delivery time- It will be 20 working days after we receive the deposit.

l 2. Installation and Training-Our company will send one technician for each set of machine for guiding your installation, testing the machine and training your workers. The installation period shall be one month; otherwise, you have to pay extra salary for the technician with the price of RMB400.00 per day (equals USD61.00 per day). And the round tickets and accommodation shall be taken by customer.
